Anabel Fielding

Managing Director

An impressive 10 year career in the music industry with Jill Sinclair & Trevor Horn at ZTT and in A&R at Chrysalis/EMI culminated in the launch of her DJ management agency, Marching Management in 1994. Joining forces with the UK's first DJ mix compilation series, Journeys By DJ, Anabel produced over 15 international club tours and represented a roster of 12. Anabel invested in The End nightclub and promoted a flagship monthly night for three years. In 2000, Anabel joined Peters & Beach and worked on series of major press and fashion events, highlights included Steinmetz Flawless Engineering Experience, the Tambour watch launch for Louis Vuitton and the launch of De Beers LV. Anabel co-founded Quintessentially Events with Caroline Hurley in 2005 and she has been voted in the Top 15 most influential people within the Events Industry in 2008 & 2009. Anabel is a founder member of Soho House.

Caroline Hurley

Creative Director

Caroline Hurley is a highly respected career producer who has been creating spectacular events around the world for over 15 years. She has worked on an amazing range of parties, fashion shows, film premieres and awards ceremonies with clients ranging from the European Music Awards (MTV) in Rome to Bob Geldof's 50th birthday extravaganza with recent highlights The Elle Style Awards, Vogue, Gucci and Brown's 40th Anniversary. She has a keen eye for what will make a party original with a unique talent for shaping the overall design and concept. She also has a widespread reputation for always delivering events on budget. Caroline has forged a reputation as a leading social commentator on "Events" and appears on radio and in television.

Simon Gillespie

Non-executive Director

Simon Gillespie joined Quintessentially Events in May 2009 and brings with him 20 years experience in the hospitality and event management sector. From his time as Sales and Marketing Director for the Sportsworld Group and Managing Director of Cavendish Hospitality, Simon is able to draw on a wealth of experience of domestic and international hospitality programmes. Simon.s involvement with travel and hospitality at Olympic Games as well as other major international sporting and cultural events, offers new opportunities for the Events team to broaden their services, as does access to a significant contact base of both suppliers, rights holders and corporate buyers.

Sophie Fleming

Senior Event Manager

Sophie joined Accenture in 2005 and organised their diverse client entertaining programme for several years before joining Quintessentially Events in 2008. During her time at Quintessentially Events, she has managed a wide range of high end corporate hospitality events through to large scale launches and fundraisers. She is responsible for variety of different events at any one time and has particular skill managing private clients and first choice for all wedding clients.

Pete Rolfe

Event Manager

Pete started out his working life as a professional performer, appearing on stage and screen across Europe, America and the Caribbean. Pursuing a career in events, Pete went on to work for clients such as Danone, Mars and MTV and a brief stint in the wine trade. His passion for events led him to managing promotional brand launches in the UK, India and New York before joining Quintessentially Events in 2009. First employed by Quintessentially Events as Event Manager at Quintessentially Soho, Pete was promoted into the senior team at the end of 2009. He has since enjoyed much success working on award ceremonies, premieres and parties and thrives on the diversity of working with both corporate and private clients.

Sarah Mason

Event Manager

Sarah is a graduate in Event Management and PR. She began her career at Quintessentially Events as a Production Assistant and quickly impressed working on number of Sweet 16 and 21st birthday parties, press launches and awards ceremonies. She is currently the dedicated Event Manager for Quintessentially's charitable members club Quintessentially Soho, where she works on huge variety of events for club members and associated clients, as well as projects for Quintessentially Events.

Yonsin Liu

Operations Manager

Born in Austria, Yonsin has a degree in Business Economics and worked for an international Media Agency before coming to London in 2006. Yonsin joined Quintessentially Events shortly after as Office Manager from where she gained in-depth experience of every type of event that the company undertook both in the office and onsite. She also liaised with the Quintessentially Group and ever increasing global network. In her role as Operations Manager, Yonsin works closely with the events team to ensure the smooth running of all events, from brief to execution. She is always willing to go the extra mile and is the fountain of all information.

Philip King

Sales and Marketing Manager

Philip joined us fresh from a sojourn around East Asia and Japan. His career in events started in 2000 at The Groucho Club where he ran high profile celebrity, launch and wrap parties, before moving on to Ticketmaster where he worked on various events including tennis at Queen's Club and Wimbledon and racing at Rockingham. Philip cut his teeth in sales with Trinity Mirror in 2005 when he worked on national press titles before moving in to business development on their online recruitment portfolio. In 2009 he moved back to events, working with D&D London on transforming the iconic Quaglino's site in Mayfair. Philip is a great communicator, he likes nothing better than a challenge and takes a consultative and detailed approach to client's needs.

Jamie Chapple

Production & Logistics Manager

Jamie is a graduate in Drama and Stage Management and has worked in the events industry for over five years. Beginning his career in outdoor, green field and festival events, he moved in to experiential marketing and televised awards before starting at Quintessentially Events. Jamie has worked on most of the high profile events including The V&A Golden Age of Couture Gala, annual Steinmetz events at the Monaco Gran Prix, Cannes Film Festivals premieres and parties, The Elle Style Awards and numerous fashion shows, press launches and parties that range style, size and budget. Jamie now focuses specifically on production and onsite management and is well known for his endurance, enthusiasm and motivation.

Katy Scarlet Taylor

Head Stylist

Katy is a successful international stylist, working for a wide range of fashion brands, corporate, private and wedding clients. Katy began working life in the fashion departments of some of the world.s leading magazines . Vogue, GQ and Tatler - before going on to become a Fashion Editor. Since going freelance, Katy.s clients range from fashion to film and her enviable client list includes Hugo Boss, Adidas, MTV, Sotheby.s Diamonds, Jaguar, BBC, Escada and Gemma Arterton. Lawrence Mitchell

Financial Controller

Lawrence has a wealth of accounting experience in both the public and commercial sectors. He has been a Management Accountant for the NHS, Transport for London and the British Transport Police, following which he received a commendation from the Area Commander Chief Superintendent. Lawrence brings a refreshing approach to accounting by combining an upbeat personality with meaningful information.
