Albion is the most ancient and mythical term for Great Britain in all its glory of its past.

The event will take place at Guildhall, London EC1 and will feature an extraordinary programme of entertainment and performance. A stunning, unique, menu designed by celebrity chefs and an impressive auction featuring ‘once in a lifetime’ prizes.

We will see the unique and exciting collaboration of Mark Hix and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. Where Mark is highly regarded for his modern approach to British food and Hugh is widely known for his uncompromising commitment to seasonal, ethically produced food, these two chefs are joining forces to create what will be a modern interpretation of our culinary heritage.

Both Mark and Hugh will work together to source the food and create a great British menu for 400 guests, with Mark overseeing the cooking on the night. The ingredients where possible, are being sourced from no more that 50 miles outside London.
